YOGA by the Sea is an exclusive studio offering private yoga sessions to Beginners, Students wishing to improve their practice, Pregnant Mothers to be, Athletes with goals to improve strength and flexibility or persons that are rehabilitating. Those wishing to reduce of the effects of high stress should consider private instruction. Private instruction will provide you with a complete orientation on alignment, form and breath in a class that is specifically designed for your level, strengths and/or weaknesses. Feel the unbelievable benefit as you train your breath and body to act as one. You will be guided and assisted into proper alignment while meeting the mental and physical challenge of various postures.

Are you an athlete trying to improve your game? Never tried Yoga? Are you a beginner? Not ready to join a studio or attend a "public" class? Do you have an injury? Have you not been exercising for a while? Worried about hurting yourself, or keeping up with the rest of the class? Interested in knowing your level of practice? Private or Therapeutic Instruction is what you are looking for. A few private classes will provide you with the confidence and knowledge you need to conquer your doubt and rise to the challenge at hand. Yoga by the Sea Private Instruction will give you that special, one-on-one attention geared to your needs, enabling you to begin, heal or enhance your yoga practice.
