YOGA by the Sea's Grasshopper Program for Beginners consists of a series of 3 sessions that include yoga orientation, yoga manners, philosophy, breathing exercises, relaxation, and postures, all in the privacy of your own class. Learn, recognize and align yourself properly in Beginner Series Postures. All lessons are tailored to the skills of the individual student(s).
Learn how to be good yoga student and how to achieve the maximum benefit possible! The Grasshopper Series consists of 3 Beginner classes. The Cost is $275 per person, $350 per couple. Grasshopper Series Handbook and Graduation Award Certificate included.
